Testimonial from Childfree Reddit Wiki

at the consult, Dr. Lowery simply asked me “How old are you? Do you have a partner? How many kids do you have?” before diving in to the procedure and considerations, making clear that it’s permanent. I felt no judgment or hesitance on his part despite me answering 29/single/0 kids. While he was doing the procedure, I mentioned that I appreciated that he didn’t second guess me, and he responded “I’m of the belief that if you’re old enough to drink, smoke, and serve our country you’re old enough to make the decision on if you want a vasectomy.”
