I received my medical training at the University of California, San Francisco. With mentorship and exposure to urology, I came to discover that urology was filled with wonderful doctors and nurses that were truly passionate about their work. I saw an opportunity in Urology to develop relationships with patients, and to help them not only with the duration of their lives, but with the quality of their lives.
I continued on at the University of California, San Francisco for my residency training in general surgery and urology. My residency was a tremendous time of growth and development as a physician and surgeon. During my residency I had some rotations at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco. There I saw a system where physicians focused on patient care, and operated within a well-oiled machine to provide an integrated system of care.
After completing residency, I joined South San Francisco Kaiser Permanente in 2014. Here at South San Francisco, I have had the privilege to work with a truly dedicated physician and nursing staff. They work as a true team to provide the best patient care possible.
